AI can answer phones, book appointments, and automate follow-up. But because of TCPA regulations around AI-generated outbound cold calling, businesses still need real people to start conversations, build trust, and open doors.
That is where you come in.
FlowSystem AI helps service businesses automate repetitive work using AI voice agents, CRM automation, and operational systems.
FlowSystem AI helps businesses automate lead follow-up, appointment booking, customer communication, and administrative work. Your job is to start the conversation and set qualified appointments for the FlowSystem team.
As an AI Business Development Representative, you will help introduce local businesses to FlowSystem AI by making outbound calls, starting conversations, and setting qualified appointments.
This is a hands-on sales role. You will not be doing busy work. You will learn how to communicate with real business owners, pitch a valuable service, handle objections, and create opportunities.
This role may be a strong fit if you are a current college student or recent graduate, especially if you are studying business, entrepreneurship, marketing, communications, sales, technology, finance, management, or business analytics.
We will provide training, scripts, guidance, feedback, and cold calling basics. We care more about attitude, effort, communication skills, and willingness to learn than a formal sales resume.
This is a commission-only role. Typical client pricing may include setup fees and monthly recurring service fees, so commissions vary by deal size.
There is uncapped commission potential, but earnings depend on performance, call activity, and closed clients. Nothing is guaranteed, and this is best for someone who wants practical sales experience in a startup-style environment.
This role is designed as a summer opportunity, but strong performers may have the option to continue part-time during the school year or grow into a larger sales role as FlowSystem AI expands.
This is not a typical internship where you sit in meetings or do random admin tasks.
You will gain direct experience in sales, AI, automation, entrepreneurship, and business development. You will learn how to speak with business owners, understand their problems, and introduce solutions that can help them operate more efficiently.
